Had a lot of problems with a Coachmen Dealership in Evansville, IN. doing warranty work on our new Freedom
Express toy hauler. As a last resort after getting delayed for five months in the Evansville dealership which did
nothing. I e-mailed Colrain, Cincinnati store, where the toy hauler originally came from to us through their Dayton store, with a brake chatter and vibration. This was on a Friday night. Saturday morning I was contacted by Colrain's service department, Mike Somer, and they seemed very concerned. He wanted me to bring it to Cincinnati and let them fix it. He actually told his boss that one of their customers "was getting treated like the "red haired stepchild and that ain't right". Monday I called him back and decided to take it over if they could get it done fast because I had a vacation planned the following week. I did take it over and was treated like royalty. When I went back to pick up the toy hauler I backed up to it and the power Tongue jack failed, supplied with the
camper. Got a tech out there and got it hitched up and they wanted me to test drive the camper so I did with Mike. Upon our return and me happy they took the camper back and replaced the power tongue jack within a few minutes and I was back on the road to home 200 miles away. NO Charge for
anything. They only got the parts from Lippert axle the day before and got the camper done the day I came to pick it up and busted their backsides to get it done for our vacation. Kudos to Colerain for everything they did, the whole service department team was aware of what was going on and treated me, again, like royalty, all over a 19 foot toy hauler the smallest one Coachmen makes. I am not a millionaire, just a regular guy. and they did not have to go that extra mile but they did.
