Class A RV Repairs

From Renee wo-manning the counter, to Nikki dealing DIRECTLY with me on warranty, and Andrew (the Master Tech) becoming a friend, this place PROVIDES SERVICE! I'm getting $1600 towards replacing my absorption fridge with a 12v. Good Sam rocks, also. As a former Recon Marine and an RN for 28 years, I DEMAND service. Class A DELIVERS! This place IS FAMILY.

We have taken our 5th Wheel to Class A for 8 years -- everything from replacing a refrigerator to extensive body work. This time it was to replace wheel bearings. Always excellent work and great folks! Outstanding!

Workhorse Brake Recall. Windshield Wiper Repair. Richard inspected rotors, pads, etc. Replaced calibers, and bled brake lines. Excellent job, great customer service on short notice. Explained thoroughly action taken to make repairs, and provided additional information and action to take if problem with wipers reappeared. This is a great company with fair prices for quality work.

6k maintenance performed: Lube, Oil, Filter. Lubed Drive Shaft/u-joints/linkages I have total confidence in the work performed. After service the mechanic completes the paperwork, and explains precisely the job he completed, and asks if there are any other questions or concerns. These folks really are interested in customer service. They are a workhorse certified facility They are sponsoring a Children's Christmas party for over 100 kids. They setup an extensive Christmas display in a service bay, decorations, gifts, treats and pictures with Santa. No cost to any area family that wants to bring their kids. Says something about a small company that does this on their own. We found out about it when we showed up for our service appointment. Found out this is their third year. Quality folks at this facility. Prices are competitive for service provided, less than larger companies.

Fuel damper clip recall on Workhorse Chassis. No appointment, completed work in 15-20 minutes including paperwork. Tech Rep explained in detail the recall and work he would do. This is an excellent company. Sue Dobson also took paperwork from previous recall repair which had not been updated to include with fuel clip recall in order to ensure my workhorse website was updated to reflect both recalls have been completed. Checked prices for normal maintenance which is very competitive and I will return to this facility in the future when in the area. They sure help ensure confidence for future work, and their tech rep was excellent.
