Dometic Refrigerator Recall They made an appointment, for next day, I came in, they said have a cup of coffee, when I was done so was my rig. Very knowledgeable tech work.

I own a TrailManor Travel trailer and have had minor warranty work done on 2 occasions Our experience in handling the minor issues we have had since delivery in Oct of 2005 has been very good. Most, if not all of the problems that were not addressed properly the first time can be traced to failure to adequately describe the problem on our part.

Repair water leak in roof vent on Trailmanor travel trailer, October 20, 2005. Various small warranty issues on 5th wheel Crossroads Cruiser, May 10, 2007. All work was done in a timely, professional manner by Tim and the service technicians. Work was done in a quality manner.
