RIP off! They sent tech to check problem with jack's. Tech handed us a $120 bill before he would even look. He tapped the jack motor said needed new motor and it would take 3 weeks. Went to office and Bud laughed and said nothing he could do...5min tech visit and he stilled charged $120. Stay away unless you have deep pockets!

We had just purchased a used diesel pusher when our inverter went out. Bud spent a few times on the phone with us prior to us limping our RV into Canyon City RV. It took them a few weeks to get the issue diagnosed and resolved. April called us periodically to keep us informed of their status. When we picked up the RV Bud spent some more time with us explaining what was done, and if we needed feel free to call with any questions, I feel that he meant it. Excellent service, we will be back to Canyon City RV.

Install and diagnosed step issues, repaired magnet contacts and wired the system properly. The service was excellent from first contact. I called them and asked about repairing steps. They said to bring it in and they would have a look to see what the problem was. When I took it in, the owner, Bud, came right out curbside and crawled under the unit to check the step. He diagnosed it as either a bad controller board or a wiring problem. He then made an appointment for me to bring it in. When I got there, my unit was taken in immediately while I waited and they looked at the step. They gave me a good used step, making sure that I knew it was used, and repaired the wiring issues from the previous repair shop. Everything was completed in a timely manner, all of the staff members were courteous and kept me informed of what was happening, and the price was right. I will definitely go back to them for any other work I might be requiring.
