Class A - Diesel

This is a follow up to an earlier posting regarding the poor work preformed by Camping World or Meridian, Idaho. We had 24 warranty issues on our new class A diesel pusher. Camping World had the coach for 8 weeks and failed to repair most of the issues. We gave them one more week to finish the work, but again failed to complete the list. We contacted the General Manager Todd Nuttall and had a one-on-one meeting to resolve the outstanding issues. He took the time to go over each item with us and inspect the coach. He noted the remaining issues and reassured us that these items would be fixed ASAP. Now that we have his attention, we feel confident that the remaining issues will be fixed. Several of the outstanding issues were finally fixed this past week after 9 weeks of waiting. There are still a handful of issues to be addressed.

We had 24 warranty items listed. They had the coach for 8 weeks and only fixed 25% of the list. They told me that they repaired 75% of the list! I took the coach back this week and spoke to the service manager Ken. He promised to have all issues resolved within a week. We will see... Poor quality of workmanship. No quality control and no follow-up. Service advisor put off ordering parts until the last week.
