Delivery walk through Hitch install Warranty issues Incomplete walk through - no instruction on various items like how to properly connect and disconnect to truck. How to operate TV/Entertainment system and etc. Improperly installed 5th wheel hitch - to high. Improperly installed washer/dryer - no drip pan. Inadequate dealer prep - carpet not cleaned. Vanity mirror fell off - shower door handle missing. Uncaring attitude toward warranty problems - had to rely on manufacturers directly. And had threaten money back to get warranty repair on hitch. Never returned phone calls. Never received promised warranty part. Still waiting after 8 months.
