During the past year, on my fifth wheel, they have replaced my roof and passenger side cargo door, and completed some minor body. They handled the insurance claim, satisfactorily completed the work and communication from my service rep, Kami Lyle, was quite good.

They reset a circuit breaker. When we arrived the day before, their "expert" could not diagnose the problem. They had to bring it in the next day. After 2 minutes with the mechanic the problem was solved. They charged me $140 for the 2 minutes work

Checked out microwave oven that was not working. When they found out that they could not fix it they called Good Sam where we had a service policy and were instructed to send me to an appliance repair shop, but they had thrown the oven in the trash thinking they would sell me a new one, causing more damage to the oven insuring that it could not be fixed.
