Insurance estimate for collision damage to 1994 Fleetwood Bounder. After having the RV for three weeks, they still had not even bothered to do the estimate. Calls were never once returned, either to us or to the insurance company. Insurance finally demanded to speak to someone and we were told (in a three-way call with us & insurance) they were so busy that they were two months behind on oil changes. Insurance is now bringing in an independent appraiser to handle things. Pretty bad that Camping World cannot even handle that simple of a task!

Oil filter and grease job on a 2001 Monaco Dynasty and generator oil and filter these were both diesels. Work was not done although charged. Oil not changed, filter not changed, grease not done. Generator oil not changed, filter was changed after dust on filter shown to Service Manager. Full price refunded when confronted.
