We got the front stabilizers and all the caulking replaced under warranty. It was hard to diagnose at first, we changed out the motor and gear box, but still had a problem. The work was done on time and looks great. Thanks to Mike, Ryan and other staff that worked on our RV. Ryan lube all the new parts and our other stabilizers. Everything moves with ease.

Needed to have a booth dinette installed with same pattern as the rest of the trailer, to replace the table and chairs which proved to be very uncomfortable for me due to medical reasons. They did an excellent job and were finished way before we were scheduled to pick it up and sign off on it. You can't tell at all that the booth was added afterward as they did such a professional job!

Propane pressure regulator replaced and landing gear motor inspected. A reclining chair was replaced. Very satisfied with the work done. Parts were on hand as promised. In addition service dept had arranged to have a second chair delivered to Texas the previous January by Keystone supplier. Sales and service people seemed to be making an effort to see that we were satisfied.

Stove cover was supposed to be replaced. Part never received. Indicator light switch on water heater replaced. Took 3 weeks to receive and it was in stock. Don't be in a hurry. They aren't.
