No work was done because I bought it elsewhere! Just wanted others to know about Campers Headquarters in Walpole Massachusetts. Let me tell you I bought a new travel trailer in spring 2004, a Jayco. the place that gave us the best price, by $3000 was a couple hours away from where we live. We were reassured we could go to any Jayco dealer for warranty service. Campers Headquarters (who would not match the price) is nearby.
I called in for a service appt. and let them know that I bought it elsewhere, they said it was fine and to bring it in. When I got there, I again mentioned that we bought it at another dealer, that was fine(so he said)
repairs were minor and would be done in a week they said,
2 weeks later I called and the service guy, who is the owners son said "I didn't even look at it and don't know if I will!" He was extremely rude, and I said that I was assured it was no problem to go there and he rudely responded " too bad that is the price you got to pay, you want to save money and go else where too bad"
well the conversation went on for about 10 minutes with him being absolutely totally rude! I was so shocked, I asked why he was so angry at me he didn't even know me. Well none of his responses were nice. Needless to say we had to go back up there and get the camper, and we are going back to where we bought it. I am contacting Jayco, also the better business bureau,I have never in my life been treated so rudely, and not to mention the huge inconvenience this was. If I had the time to write all that was said by this man, you would understand why I am writing this. I also bought my car a distance away and have it serviced close by which is no problem.

Installation of new awning and body damage repairs on our 31' Prowler damaged when I got a little too close to a big tree in the campground. Work on the damaged section looked excellent. I could not tell that it was ever damaged and the new awning looked and worked fine. Staff seemed friendly and have a very good sense of humor

I live in Conn. and was on the road with my family taking vacation in Mass. I had problems with the braking system on our Sunline travel trailer, and happen to stop in Campers Headquarters in Walpole, Mass. It was July 3rd 2:30 in the afternoon and we knew everyone had plans to leave. Well the guys at Campers Headquarter Inc. were extremely helpful. The parts we needed, they didn't have it stock and could not have them till the following week because of the holiday. My wife and I were shocked when they offered to take brake parts off of a new trailer, which they did to get us going. We didn't get back on the road till 6:30 that evening. The repair charge was less than we had expected. While leaving my wife gave the guys a big hug, I tried to give them a $20.00 tip, but they wouldn't hear of it. I love those guys and they made one family very happy. We will be in the market for a new fifth wheeler and plan to head back up to Mass. and see the guys of Campers Headquarters AA+
