Thank you to Ken and Rachel for saving our vacation when our Schwin Tec slide failed. He came out on Memorial Day to the RV park and was able to push the slide room back into the class A MH. Very knowledgable and worked quickly

If there were 10 stars, I would rate him that highly. I have snowbirded for 6 seasons in Tucson and have had him fix everything from Newmar Class A warranty issues to teaching my wife and me how we should set our electronics. Sometimes he gives me advice over the phone that fixes things. Oasis service, lights, generator wisdom, AC's, we usually have a need at least once a season, if not more. Have recommended him to many others in our RV park - always a positive result.

Ken saved our vacation! We were in Deming, NM, camping overnight before heading to Tucson for a week. Had issues with our converter. Ken was the ONLY tech who even answered the phone on a Sunday morning and while we had to wait a few days for the part, he assured me he could put in a temporary fix and we could enjoy our vacation. He did just that, and saved the day. Lots of people at the RV resort we were staying at clearly knew him and also appreciated him. Recommended!!!

I can't say enough good things about Ken! We had an issue with our AquaHot and he came out to the RV park we were staying for a complete service. Not only did he diagnose the problem, he repaired another issue he identified. His rates were very reasonable and he takes credit cards. He was right on time from his original arrival estimate. We had to call him out for another problem with our entry steps the very next day. He arrived as quick as he could get here, after dark. He again diagnosed the issue and offered advise on how to fix the problem.

This dude is brilliant, he fixed an ongoing problem I've had with my Air Conditioning thermostat for years in a matter of seconds. Previous tech's have attempted to fix but were unsuccessful. Cameron also made suggestions that increased my AC's efficiency by at least 50%, WOW I'm chilling now. Not only that but he's just a really nice honest guy, who's dog friendly, what more could one ask for.

This place is beyond honest and awesome! I had a water pump issue and Chen walked me through procedures to try and locate the problem with success. There was more than one lengthly call, mind you and he never rushed or made me feel foolish. I would highly recommend this company to trust your valued RV with : )

Had a water heater leak Looked to be the fittings. Ken came and knew exactly what the problem was. Replaced the plastic fittings. Ken is good at returning calls and he showed on time after the appt was made weeks ahead. He is very knowledgeable and makes good use of his time which you are paying for. Highly recommend him over RV Doc and Road Runner which I have used in the past.

12v electrical issues along with my hydraulic jacks acting up. Ken, the owner, did a diagnostic check of the 12v system, explained all he was doing during each step. Determined the converter needed replacing. This power issue is what was messing up jacks and when fixed, the jack issue was resolved. Cameron's Mobile Service was recommended by the office staff and a couple of other rigs in the park.

Has worked on the Discovery several times in Arizona most recent was toilet ball, excellent service. I have called twice for advice on other problems. He always has taken the time to evaluate and provide advice/suggestions. Advice has been spot on.

* Troubleshoot and repair a difficult and elusive problem with the Aqua Hot unit. * Install Magnum inverter Excellent. Ken's trailer is a complete shop. Absolutely tenacious. Won't leave until it's fixed!

Repair of coolant line from Hydro Hot to interior heat exchanger. Problem discovered at midnight on a Friday night. Ken was there the next morning to repair the line and get me working perfectly. As always, Ken is extremely efficient and reliable. Always shows up on time and quickly diagnosis the problem and repairs it efficiently. If you need Aqua Hot or Hydro Hot service in the Tucson area, Ken is the man!

Annual maintenance of Hydro Hot unit, as well as some minor repairs to the unit. Ken was scheduled to arrive at my site at 8:30 a.m. and he arrived exactly on schedule. He performed the annual maintenance service on my Hydro Hot unit and while doing so explained precisely what he was doing and why. He made several suggestions for improvements and I had those done. Ken's customer relations and communication skills were as good as any that I've seen in the RV industry. I plan to use Ken to do a number of additional repairs and will report back on those as well.
