Repair freeze damage water lines at water heater. Work completed successfully. However, access door was reinstalled incorrectly. I have made 3 phone calls over a 13 day period, The "dispatcher" always politely takes my request to come back and finish the job by correctly fixing the door. But the repairman never appears. Considering small claims court to get their attention rather than to pay another shop for a service call.

For us, he rebuilt the refrigerator and furnace; installed a rebuilt A/C unit. Sonny did a great job at a reasonable price. We recommend them and would use them again.

Replaced my Onan Generator with a new one. In the past 5 years, Al has worked on my A/C, heat, jack solenoids, awnings, etc. Excellent. I have all the repair work I can't do, done by Al. He is mobile and he is reasonable
