Work completed: Water heater and water line leaks, replace cabinets and finish work. Within a month of purchasing my new travel trailer I experienced a water line leak that went unaddressed for a month by the service department. As a result of the unresponsiveness the cabinets became damaged. Within a week of the first repair another leak in the same area occurred. Again it took an excessive amount of time to respond and address the issue. When the unit was brought to service center and left for six weeks all repairs were not completed. A month later the travel trailer was taken in again and returned to me with serious work not being completed. Now two months later and a new water heater I am on my 4th leak in the same area and a damaged shelf. I addressed my concerns all the way to the owner. Overall the quality of work varied depending on the repair.
