Had an issue with the propane regulator, NHTSA recall of the existing one, none available at the dealer where I purchased the trailer. Bill's had a replacement on site. Although there was a 4 week lead time for service, the repair would only take about an hour so he "worked me in". So great full for his help, charges were reasonable and turned around in two days, in time to leave for a planned trip. Will return for other service needs.

Had A/C problems, owner took time from his busy schedule to help me troubleshoot it over the phone After eliminating possibles to determine problem, purchased an A/C motor. Couldn't remove the old fan, so he GAVE me one. Very generous with his time, and could have charged for the fan blade but didn't. Very stand-up person!
