This is a follow up on a service we had on our motorhome on 9/16/11. We also had the generator on the motorhome serviced at the same time. I have previously posted my problems with the motorhome. On 10/01/11 I started the generator to perform the monthly exercise of the start up and running. To my surprise oil was leaking out of the bottom of the generator. This was the first time the generator had been ran since it was serviced. Further inspection revealed the oil filter was only on finger tight. After tightening it myself there was no further oil leak. So it is apparent the mechanic does not know what he is doing or just doesn't care! We used to have our car serviced there and after purchasing our motor home we had it serviced there. But after this last experience, we will not be returning.

Oil change for motor home and for generator and lube chassis. Also service tow dolly by cleaning and repacking wheel bearings and checking brakes. Also check undercarriage for any loose nuts or bolts since we just returned from a 7K trip over some very rough roads. Tow dolly seems to have went fine. Also the lube and oil changes seem to be all right. However, the mechanic missed a missing rear sway bar bracket and bushing. I discovered it missing after getting the motor home back to our storage lot. Called and we had to take the motor home back to have a new sway bracket put on. They were asked to check the bracket on the other side at that time. After picking up the motor home again I checked the other bracket and found it was loose. Obviously it was never checked. I am now wondering what else they may have missed or didn't do. The quality of service for what they did was okay, its what they missed and then didn't do that bothers me. I tightened the other bracket myself and will not be returning there for service again.

First oil change, and first generator service. I had synthetic oil put in for the engine and regular service for the generator. They lubed the chassis and checked everything over. They allow you to watch and ask questions as they go. The appointment was right on time. I will go back here again.

Check alignment, re-balance front tires and switch front tires from side to side. Excellent! The actual cost was much less than the quote I had received. They explained everything they were doing and why. I would definitely go there again.
