Bought used Class A Gas Motorhome from them. On the PDI walk-through and after the test drive, we noticed several items needing attention. We made a list and the items on it were listed as a "condition of sale". They were quite slow on getting things ordered and installed. But they did it, and did it well. A partial list: 3 new HWH Jacks (installed)-1 complete rear HWH mounting assembly.(installed)-Repaired broken Auto/Park Brake (called in an "expert")-New Gas Sniffer (installed)-New smoke detector (installed)-Brand new Service Brakes! (installed)- Did a bunch of things to the Onan Gen-set, tune-up, fixed (by welding work) the Onan exhaust system-made all the lights work-etc., etc. All at no cost to us. Redmond, Oregon is a 400-mile round trip from our home and we made several trips over a period of months to get the work done. We stayed after them, called twice a week, every week, never yelled, never lost our temper, and they did it.... Excellent so far. They gave us top dollar for our trade-in, and a good price on the one we bought. We rated the Quality of Service as only Fair, because of the length of time it took to get the parts and do the work...
