Called with a 7way power cord issue on my trailer, asked if they could fix it, was advised that yes they could fix this problem, They advised me on Friday while making the appointment it would be on Monday morning, then sent me a invoice to be paid prior to confirming the appointment, on Monday morning I received a text notice that my scheduled appointment was for the hours of 10 am -2 pm. At 12:45 I received a text that they were 15mins away. (Within thier schedule but not the AM I booked) . Upon arrival of the Techs, I explained the situation and they said they could fix it. We plugged my trailer into the techs truck and they were able to get the lights on my trailer to work. After they departed I noticed the left tail light was still on, not attached to anything. I sent them a message and explained that something was wrong with what they had done. Thier response was they could come back and charge me another service charge, or I could take my trailer to thier shop and they would look at it there. Both options were unacceptable to me. As it cost over $370 to have this problem fixed and still have a problem. I would not recommend using this company as they don't seem to stand behind their work.
