Removal and reseal of cab over window; misc. preventative roof seals; cleaned generator carburetor; adjustment to external storage compartment. Although the window seal had to be redone, they tested it and had it removed and resealed before I picked it up and it was finished satisfactorily. As always, the quality of work was excellent. As always, it seemed to me overly expensive. But I am very pleased with the job and would take the motorhome to them again.

Replaced roof A/C shroud and gasket, tank vent cover replace, checked roof antenna, air in tires. Work was fine but I was disappointed that they actually charged me $9.90 to air up my tires. Guess I figured they would do that as a complimentary service. Competent and polite workers.

Had problems with our large living area slide. Found Teflon block that had come loose and flipped over. Repaired slide and while at it also found broken wire one leveler sensor (we had had to level manually) and repaired that as well as a couple of other items. Reasonably priced, nice friendly service personnel. Also have moved into new facilities and it is large, spacious and very clean.

Re-attaching my tank heaters, which had somehow become unattached. The first miracle was that it was Christmas Eve day (2007, on a Monday), and I was having trouble finding RV repair shops that were actually open! They were the only ones that were actually open that I could find that day! The second miracle was that they said "no charge." Well, I protested the "no charge." Why? Chehalis is located in a place that had significant flooding in early December (2007), and residents there are eligible for FEMA aid. In fact, that part of I-5 that goes through Chehalis was under water for about 5 days during that time! I carefully explained to the RV service people that "the gods caused my RV damage just so I could come here and contribute some money to your flood ravaged economy!" They laughed and said "still no charge." So, to "thank" them, I bought a 2007 Trailer Life Directory (my current one is from 2004), and I stocked up on light bulbs for my RV.

Installed a new water pump which had cracked and leaked all over the basement. Very well done, they got us in on a Saturday morning and we were on our way by noon. And they sent us a note explaining that they had overcharged us and rebated $60 on the service - we would have never know about the overcharge. Really a nice company.

        Truck Campers

I had backed down a driveway and snagged my steps which bent the back bumper and pulled the bottom plate away from the back of the camper (this is a big one with significant overhang behind the truck). The service manager dropped what he was doing and went to work bending things back, then called another guy to help him. The two worked for at least an hour and half getting things back to close to normal. Then they charged me for one hour of labor! Outstanding! I was 2000 miles from home and they fixed me up so I could complete my trip
