DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Brian Parmelee filed a claim with my warranty company, I paid him my $100.00 deductible, he was paid $1,600 from the warranty company and never completed or even visited the rv. It is now MAY 2026 AND he will not return my deductible. After looking at other reviews, this seems to happen quite often. This business is in his wife's name.
