Brake controller was poorly adjusted and technician did not know the proper procedure for setting the brake controller.

We have had multiple problems on 3 different RV's bought from them: roof replacement, slide-out damage, furnace, AC, etc. The list goes on and is far too long to mention. We bought three RV's from them and their service is terrible. We continually had to bring the units back to have the work redone and the quality of their work was terrible. We had damage done by their workers, including stains all over carpet and furniture by greasy hands and feet. We had to fight with them to get them to put protection down on the floor before their workers would enter the units. We used them from 1999 until we found another RV service center that was authorized to do the work on our RV

        Class A - Diesel

Replace air horns and correct a leak in the diesel fuel tank. The horns were elective surgery the fuel leak was critical care and had to be fixed!!! At $128 an hour for service....we were billed for 2 hours or service plus parts. It took the service technician 12 minutes to install hose at filler tank and around 15 minutes to uninstall the one with cracks. He did spend additional time taking the horns off and advising that the horns were back ordered from Hadley and they did not know when they could have them. Since we were only in the area for a couple of days we just had the hose replaced. We had arranged an appointment weeks before for the 2nd of September. We arrived at 8:15 and left about 4:15. As it was hot we ran our generator the entire 8 hours. It would have been nice if they had offered to plug us into shore power. They were very negligent in advising us of any progress or lack of progress. We were left to wonder what the plan was!!! Very poor customer service. The entire 8 hours we were there we saw VERY LITTLE actual work being performed by about 7 service technicians. A lot of walking around...talking to each other....looking at someones restored car......talking on cell phones. We are amazed that they remain in business. We only chose Ancira at Alvarado (where we were going to be passing through) because we had been treated so fairly and with such good customer service before at the Ancira Service center in Temple. If we need to visit Ancira for any reason in the future we will make a point of driving the additional miles to Temple.

Replace a frozen black water tank valve. They ended up replacing the whole tank, but failed to even look at it for over a month, even though it had been promised in two weeks. I took in a year-old Fleetwood travel trailer the first week of July, 2008. After contacting them a dozen times or more, the trailer was not repaired until late September. Original estimate was $750. Ultimate cost over $1,000

Fix broken bumper - factory welds failing Added two additional braces, repaired factory welds, work appeared to have been done quite well but work was slow, took them a week to get to work that was completed in one afternoon.

Replaced defective bathroom mirror, fix pop-out molding, fix window gasket, replace missing shelf They failed to clean the TT after repairs leaving wood shavings and debris in the TT. Parts were ordered and took several months to arrive, seems terribly long considered the trailer was manufactured in Longview, TX.
