Repaired Dometic refrigerator. I called the morning of 8/6/11 at 8:00AM on a Saturday. I reported that my refrigerator had quit and did not have any lights on either 12V or 120V. I explained that I was in Tucamcari NM at the time and it would take 3 hours to get to their shop. They said they would be happy to do what they could, but if parts were required they may not be able to repair until Monday. I drove on to Albuquerque and arrived at 11:45AM. They go me right in to the shop. Found a fusable link that was installed as part of a Dometic recall had failed. They stole another from a new Dometic kit and installed it in my unit. Total repair time was less than one hour. They charged me only for 1/2 hour of technician time, and did not charge me for the part at all. No extra charge for the expidited service and they were the best people to work with. Can't say enough good about these folks. Honesty with integrity. If you have the opportunity to visit these people, be sure to tell them you saw this rating. and add one for yourself.

Water leak in bedroom, replaced temperature/pressure valve on water heater, replaced propane regulator, repaired small leak at toilet, replaced underbelly insulation. Work was performed in a timely manner and we are very satisfied with the results. Everyone there seems to be very knowledgeable.
