My fresh water tank dropped out about 2.5 years ago due to a manufacturing defect. All Seasons RV was paid by the
manufacturer to repair the problem. They told me exactly how they were going to do the repair and I approved
the work. When they were done they assured me the tank would never drop out again. Well, last month it dropped out again. I looked at how they had installed it and they had done almost nothing they said they would do. They even bent back into place important supports that the manufacturer paid them to cut out and weld back in new supports. On top of that, the introduced a new problem
that caused the tank to balloon up so big that 1/8 angle steel was bent under the pressure. I went back in
and told them what had happened and what I found. They tried blaming the manufacturer. They tried blaming the
company that made the tank. When they tried to blame me, I had enough. I went to their VP and told him I could
no longer trust them to do the work required to fix it this time. We agreed that they would fix the plumbing on the tank and I would install the tank. They would supply
parts and pay for welding. It took them 15 days to fix the plumbing on the tank which was literally a half hour of work. Then they tried to charge me $186 for what they did. I asked why I should have to pay to correct a mistake they made and eventually admitted. They said that
because they made the mistake over two years ago, I had to pay. It got a little ugly, but they eventually backed down and didn't charge me. We'll see if they reimburse my other
expenses as they promised. Unbelievably bad. The tank has an input hose and a single discharge hose that they made a loop in so that water
would not slosh out of the tank when you drive down the road. I told them that I thought water might freeze in
that discharge hose and, because the tank has to be filled using city water pressure. The ice would block the
discharge and cause the tank to balloon up again. They tried to tell me that water in the loop would not
freeze because it evaporates "almost immediately." Have you ever seen a quart of water evaporate almost
immediately? So I had to fix their new problem that took them 15 days to create. Nothing about this whole
experience came even close to the way it should have happened. They basically cut a lot of corners on the
first repair because they knew I would not be able to see what they did. That netted them a tidy profit. Then,
when their repair didn't hold, the did everything they could to make things difficult for me, including trying to
charge me an outrageous amount to fix a problem they created.

No hot water in RV. Check valve at the hot water outlet at rear of the hot water heater was replaced. Excellent. Work was finished sooner than expected and we received a phone call when it was done. Work that was done was explained, and reason for failure of check valve which was calcium build-up. Received the old valve back. Many RV dealers will not schedule an appointment in a timely manner if you did not buy from them. We are from out of state and that was not our experience with All Seasons. We were going to be in Bend in 5 days and got an appointment on Monday morning. If we are in the area again and need work, we will go there. They also have a dump station and propane with easy access, and a large, well stocked store.

I live in Bend and used these guys regularly for work on my RV and Wakeboard Boat. They have turned into sharks feasting on the bubble economy in Bend and were charging me almost double what two other vendors in Bend quoted for the same work. Watch out for them they are in it now for the short run... They did good work until they lost some key people in the service area and now are misquoting and missing dates on delivery of service...

Water lines froze and needed repair. Super. Way below quote. Found two additional items that needed to be taken care of that if left unattended would have given us much grief.
