Norcold refrigerator recall #2. Refrigerator had to be partially removed / slid out to give tech enough room to work. Rather than 30 min job Norcold said it would be, it was a 2 1/2 hr job. Norcold agreed to give them a maximum of 2 hr labor payment rather than the 1/2 hr projected. Poor on getting the part in although that may have been as much or more Norcold's problem as theirs ... Excellent work on the installation.

Roof Repair - replacement of entire EPDM roof due to damage from scraping a tree branch. Removal and re-installation of all roof equipment. Outstanding work. Replaced cracked skylight vents/covers, inside A/C return air grille, slide topper fabric. Explained process and work accomplished. Saved me most of my insurance deductible by completing work slightly less than estimated.

Complete annual chassis service (engine oil & filter, fuel filter, check all belts & hoses, lube chassis, check ride height, check coolant balance), transmission fluid & filter change They run a fleet of diesel trucks, so really know how to service diesels, very good and thorough, left one black grease smear on carpet near entry.

Diagnose/repair noise in basement heat pump, removed unit Feb 7 for testing, we returned coach to RV park, then answer was "tech is out sick" until I insisted I had to have the unit back in the coach. On Feb 26 they shimmed inside blower motor to adjust run-out, reinstalled unit on 27 Feb - Chassis full service, generator oil & filter change, I provided engine fuel filter & generator oil filter They do good work, but the 20 day delay in getting the heat pump diagnosed and ready to reinstall was ridiculous. The Chassis service was very thorough and quite reasonably priced, including airing tires to 110+ psi w/o asking what pressures I wanted. Overfilled engine oil just probably a quart or so.

Diagnose & repair lightning damage. Replaced inverter, determined new inverter was bad so had to order another one and install it; replaced transfer switch; replaced female end of 50a power cord; repaired burned wiring in Norcold refrigerator. Service manager was super about working with us on short notice, and patching things together so we could live in the coach while awaiting parts. We definitely will return in the future if we need repairs, and plan to have engine and chassis service done there next month. Excellent work at very fair price, particularly as they were working us in as best they could since they knew we were full-timers.
