Body work and painting as well as general maintenance. Everything was done exactly as we requested. We were well pleased with the quality of all of the work. We recommend this facility without any reservation.

They agreed to inspect repair and rebuild all major components on the RV which included: roof AC, generator (including hour usage meter which is still not working), refrigerator, evaporative cooler, electrical distribution panel, heater, stove, oven, also to check the plumbing system including faucets in the kitchen and bathroom, bathroom shower, water pump and the evaporative cooler lines and valves. This also included an interior roof repair, replace two exterior roof vent covers with max air vent covers, and to repair an exterior storage compartment and to replace the wood in the rear wall. Also there were two areas of electrolysis, which were to be repaired including the root causes for the electrolysis. They were to also remove and reseal all windows and the exterior seams of the coach. They did not use the agreed to factory available parts for repairs. They did not use the factory recommended procedures for repairs including roof resealing, electrolysis, and standard RV appliance repair.
