I had written a previous negative post due to no response to a corporate service e-mail. I finally decided to just go to the local shop in Faribault and talk with their service advisor Margie Herley. I have since scheduled two service appointment for the coach with multiple repairs and have been very well satisfied with work done on my RV, I had one instance where a repair was made to get better heat on the coach and went on a trip, it did not work as well as it should, so I brought it back. The manager more than made up for the cost of bringing it in a second time and it is working great now. They do stand behind their work even though it was a few months between the first repair and our trip out West. Will definitely use them for our service work as we live here in Faribault. Just make sure you request service via the local business and NOT online with their corporate website. Excellent work done by their mechanic Mike.

We had a oil leak on the 3126B CAT engine. We were able to get an appointment on the second day and they found the leak, an oil line between the block and the head, replaced it and we were out in about 4 hours. The work was done efficiently with no mess in the motorhome. The repair was completed before promised and has been good since.

Power steering problem, A/C problem, and wheel noise problem on Workhorse Chassis P32 (Winnebago). Also oil change & lube. I made an appointment with them several days in advance and left our Motorhome in their well-lit lot the evening before work was scheduled. A part needed to be ordered (power steering pump) which they had received and installed the next day. Sure fixed the problem! They did a fine job for me and I'll use them again if/when needed for work on the Workhorse Chassis.
