John may be great with RVs but John almost ran me and my 5 year old off the road because of his irratic driving, then when I called to speak to him he acted like he wasn’t the owner of his business. I had to resort to making a police report.

John was in Williams on another service call. I flagged him down and explained my problem to him (I had contacted another company that never showed up). My 5th wheel landing gear would not work. The problem is perplexing but he was able to jump wires to get my trailer back onto the truck. I'm so thankful I saw him driving in and he was able to help me.

My gas water heater was not working. John diagnosed the problem over the phone and explained to me how to check it. I was able to buy the part I needed at Camping World and John didn't even charge me for his time!

Electric awning wont retract John found a break a wire repaired it and the awning works better than it ever has. Excellent
5th Wheel Trailer

Repaired gas heater Responded quickly, found the problem and had new part in stock, changed the part, heater worked and was here less than an hour
