I had driven to their facility for an awning installation. They said they did not have time to finish the job and would come to my location to
complete it. There was NO understanding that I would be charged $160 for labor that COULD have been done at their shop. I later realized that
the awning was installed incorrectly causing may problems in deploying and retracting it. The thermostat was replaced and charged for. I told them it was probably under warranty and afterwards they told me I would have had to
contact Dometic for replacement. I no longer have the part (they kept it) and the warranty is now expired. I disagree with being charged $80.00
labor for a part that took less than 10 minutes to install and was under warranty. The flange for my waste tank was supposed to be installed when I was at their facility, instead it was installed by their request at my location the
next day. The installation of this part did not solve my leakage problem and the sliding door to release fluids from the tank was still extremely
difficult to open. I have since fixed it myself. I therefore dispute the additional labor charge of $80.00 for this work as well. I refused to sign off on the paperwork or to pay them. They have since had this bill submitted to the credit reporting agencies as delinquent. Not
worth going to court. I am disputing this charge with the credit bureau. May be a moot point, but I see they are no longer in business in Ocala.

Replacement of heating element in Dometic refrigerator They were very quick in responding to my call at the RV park as my refrigerator had not been working on electric for a few days. They even knew what the problem was before coming out as they brought the replacement part with them. That is where the problem started. The part they brought was used though I did not realize it until later. As the parts were still under manufacturer warranty I didn't pay much attention until a few days later when I had problems again. This time when they came out they brought a new, in a sealed bag part, which fixed the problem for good. I would not have been as upset if they had told me they did not have a new part and would replace the used part when a new one came in. They tried to warranty my old part by replacing it with a used part hoping that it would work for their 90 day guarantee. By doing it the way they did Dometic would give them a new part for stock to replace the used part.

Installed a new Duo-Therm heat pump. Shoddy work. Not only did he not use the existing holes to mount the unit, he drilled new ones. Didn't caulk the old holes.....didn't wire for the back-up heat...came with the wrong thermostat, and had to use the old mother board to get just the fan to run. I found out later that this was pretty par for the course for them. Someone even went so far as to purchase a full sized billboard to let everyone know the kind of work they do. Unfortunately I had never driven that road before I called them. Live and learn. Really P***poor work. And a know-it-all attitude. Stay far away from this outfit.
