Lets start with delivery. On the day we were to take delivery, the unit was not ready. Now if this were a short notice delivery, I might understand that, but there had been several weeks and we had in fact delayed delivery due to a staff shortage with an RV show they were participating in. As part of the options I wanted a satellite dish installed and specified that the KVH HD capable system with 2LNB be the one installed; that work was not finished and the install had not been checked out So, we spent most all day waiting to take delivery and transfer our personal effects to the new trailer. Once we transferred our personal effects, we hooked up to the trailer and did a safety check; guess what--no lights! Well, it turned out that the electrical cord had been pulled loose inside the skin of the trailer. So, two of the staff rewired and bypassed the connections to make it work. That should make things interesting since if there is ever a problem it is not now as manufactured. Does not say much for their pre-delivery checkout, since it seems there was not one done and I question whether any type of safety check at all was done.
Once we finally left the dealership, we went directly to a local campground close to our house to organize and put things away. This is when we discovered that the satellite dish that was installed did not work and we could not find the 2nd LNB feed, in addition the motor was having difficulty starting the slide out moving. Also, the electronics switch box was not wired correctly. In my mind, this was another strike against the dealer and an indication that they had not performed a pre-delivery checkout. So, we called back to the dealership and the very next weekend (it is a 2 hour trip one way from our house to that dealership) we brought the trailer back to have the things fixed. That was now February 3rd when we delivered the trailer back to have things fixed that were either not installed correctly or not properly checked.
Now granted when I dropped off the trailer to have the repairs done I told the dealers staff it was not critical to have it back right away and it was OK if it took more than a couple days (I had been told it would only take a couple hours). As I write this evaluation, it is now April 6th which makes it over 2 months and the situation continues to be unresolved. We are now at 2 1/2 months since we bought the unit and we have yet to be able to use the trailer we bought in January! Yesterday morning (April 5th), their service department told me (when I called, they have yet to call me since 15 March) that the trailer had been done since 21 March, but no one called to let us know that. It occurred strange to me so I questioned the work being done as the last time anyone from the dealership talked to anyone in our home was on 15 March and they called to ask where was the 2nd LNB feed to go. Now, on the 5th of April, the service department says it is done, but when I asked about the 2nd LNB, they inform me that that work has not been done since they have to determine who will pay for it; I told the service representative it was not going to be me, since I paid to have it professionally installed and it is not my responsibility to pay to fix an install that was not done properly by the dealer who sold the trailer. I was then told either the service department or my salesman would call back with what they will do and when it would be done. It has now been 24 hours and no return call.
The bottom line here is I bought a trailer from this dealer on January 25th; it is now April 6th and I have yet to be able to have any use of it due to poor install, shoddy workmanship, slipshod procedures, and an apparent overall lack of any check out procedures. I am now at a point of turning this over to the Better Business Bureau and my attorney if it is not resolved very soon. I have owned various trailers over the years and this dealer is one I would never recommend anyone go to. Stay far far away from this dealer. The below ratings do not go low enough to rate this dealer; poor is giving them way too much credit.

We had had work done here several times with the same results. This final time we provided a list of issues. Broken refrigerator vent, furnace cutting off frequently, leaking black water valve and several other issues. All was submitted under an extended service contract I had purchase through them when I purchase the rig. They had the rig for 2 months. They called and said it was ready. I checked out what I could and found they had not replaced the refrigerator vent. They did it then. Our batteries were run down from sitting. When I got home the furnace still wasn't right. On top of that, they billed me instead of the insurance company. We did get that corrected. This was the third time they billed us for work when the insurance should have been billed. I will not use them for service again. After 3 opportunities, I use Mellott Brothers in Willow Valley, PA now.

We purchased a used 5er from these folks. We brought it in for a short list of service items for which we would pay or be paid by our extended warranty. After 6 weeks, they told us it was ready. When we arrived several items were not done. Most of the other work, I had to have redone by someone else later. Then they tried to bill us twice, which seems to be normal for them. I have never returned for any reason. I have talked to several others who bought used from them. Their experience has been similar to mine. Their service is poor and their billing department is awful. I will not return to this dealer for any reason. The quality of the work and general service was extremely poor.

HAD INSURANCE CLAIM FROM DAMAGE TO AWNING. CALLED SERVICE SPOKE WITH RICK. HE ASKED WHAT ALL IT NEEDED. NEW AWNING AND ALL HARD WARE INCLUDING THE ROLLER. RICK TOLD ME HE WOULD ORDER THE PARTS AND WHEN THEY CAME IN HE WOULD CALL ME. HE CALLED ME ON MONDAY THE 15 OF MAY THIS YEAR. I DELIVERED THE TRAILER TO HIM ON TUESDAY EVENING, HE CALLED ME FRIDAY SAME WEEK SAID IT WAS READY. PICKED IT UP SAT MORNING. WHEN I ARRIVED THEY HAD THE AWNING PULLED OUT SO I COULD SEE ALL THE WORK WAS DONE TO MY SATISFACTION. VERY PLEASED. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK. I LATER FOUND OUT THAT THE SERVICE MANAGER THAT WAS THERE WAS FIRED BECAUSE OF WORK NOT GETTING DONE. THEY WERE ABLE TO HIRE (RICK) HE WAS THE SERVICE MANAGER AT TRIANGLE OUTDOOR WORLD. HE KNOWS WHAT HES DOING AND HE AS TAKEN CARE OF THE PROBLEMS THAT WERE ONCE THERE. WILL GO BACK TO THEM AGAIN NO PROBLEM.

I have had a number of warranty issues with my new unit since I got it in the spring. The dealership has been as helpful as possible over the phone BUT, they have been at least 6 weeks behind on repairs. Who want to tie their unit up for 6 to 8 weeks during the RV season? They have been great over the phone but that just doesn't get the major things fixed. Great attitude but they are overwhelmed. Maybe because they're good. I'll let you know if I can get my unit in.

A great deal of warranty work including replacement of the freshwater tank. I had serious electrical and mechanical issues in past years that they worked on. Good. It does takes them a long time to get parts and complete work. My unit has taken 2 or 3 months each year to get work completed. The most serious issue is the lack of space at their facility. The property is really crowded and difficult to maneuver in.
