Mike is exceptional--he did some manufacturer warranty work on my new Tiffin...and went above and beyond to help with newbie through several issues (some real and some not :-). Also did my winterizing, oil changes, etc...just terrific to work with.

They charge a $150 processing fee per occurrence for Extended warranty and insurance work.

Heat pump replacement I hesitate to recommend Mike because he is so good. I'd hate to see him become so busy I can't get my coach in to have work done when it needs it. He does amazing work and is a great value.
