Said they did the work when they didn't. Returned the RV in filthy condition. Drove from Utah to pick it up because they said the work was completed and it wasn't. Took 9 months to repair, Or not repair, as the case may be. Many problems. If they did the work they said they would, I would not have a problem. The could not or would not supply me with a work order showing what work they performed. I will never go there again. Lied to me about the work performed on numerous occasions.

Check basement A/C (not running cold enough), HWH levelers not working properly (not level), Hurricane hot water heater not getting water hot enough, quick discharge of batteries, awning not moving fast and not going out all the way and toilet leaking. For an incredible amount of money, they did very little and fixed very little. The hot water still is not hot (94 degrees), the awning still does not work great, though it does go out all the way...just takes 15 minutes to get it back in. The A/C service was just to change a filter. Duh. The levelers were adjusted perfectly. The toilet does not appear to be leaking. The batteries were replaced, but not very good ones put in and the charge was astronomical. I have a call into the service manager to complain. Especially for the number of hours I paid for. Over 10 when in actuality the guy was only working for 5 hours or so. Not good.

Front brakes, drums, seals and tires replaced. Front suspension valves reset because they were set wrong 11/05, at Wheelers RV. Wrong setting of suspension valves caused serious damage to front end, including tires, according to Spartan Tech. Ball joints not replaced because they neglected to order them. Two and a half days to complete, and the tires were farmed out. Brake work not completed timely because parts were not ordered. Ball joint not replaced because parts were not ordered.
