Thanks Rick, you were able to come out and troubleshoot our water leak the same day we called. The water heater needed to be replaced. You were able to locate the same model and installed it within a two-week period. The extended warranty company worked with you to cover the cost except for the service call and our deductible. You kept us informed on how things were proceeding until the job was completed. We will certainly recommend your service.
