Preventative maintenance checkup with oil filter change and lube etc. The one place I don't mind driving 900 miles to have work done. They did things at my convenience which I needed as I am a full timer.

Had an oil and fuel service performed. Inexperienced tech replaced fuel filters dry, lost prime. Was there for 8 hours because they could not get engine running. They cranked and cranked the starter and loosened fuel lines. They had to call Cat hotline for help. On trip home found leaking engine mounted fuel filter at rest stop. It was loose.
