Oil and lube. Putting 28 quarts of oil into a 17 quart crankcase is not what I call professional. Even when I called them back and told them what they had done, all I got is "I'll tell the mechanic". This statement came from the manager!!

Replaced alternator following thorough diagnosis of charging problem. Saved existing pulley that was seized on old alternator by using a torch to carefully remove it. Excellent! Limped in late afternoon after keeping engine running using the battery booster button. Let us camp for the night and took us right in the next morning.
