I called Total RV and left my phone number after my hot water heater quit working. The owner, Tom, phoned me back the same day. He gave ma a very reasonable price. He was prompt on the day and time we had agreed upon. He was very knowledgeable and completed the repair. He cleaned up after the repair was completed. I would "HIGHLY" recommend this company for any of my RV repair needs!!
