Handled warranty work on a Pullrite SuperGlide 5th wheel hitch issue. They were very cooperative in dealing with Pullrite re the repair work. They were prompt and friendly. They are a Pullrite dealer and did the original install in my 2005 F250.

Various repairs to trailer This dealership/service center is great. I had to take my trailer here after another dealership/service center in Spokane failed and refused to repair various items, covered by the manufacturers warranty, on my trailer. I was treated very well, and my trailer was fixed very quickly. RV's Northwest is located right off I-90, just East of Spokane, WA. It's easy to get to, and the people there are very friendly and helpful.

Norcold refrigerator recall, required removal and re-installation of refrigerator including roof vent Super job in spite of unexpected difficulties. They got approval from Norcold for additional labor time, and put everything back in place as good as new.

I came in with 4 issues for warranty. I had made the appointment 4 weeks earlier. I had a window sent from the factory for installation. The Sealand/Dometic toilet didn't hold water in the bowl, the carpet was bunching up, and there was a problem with the hydraulic jack and slides. Bill the service writer couldn't have been better, Very helpful and went out of his way to keep us informed of the progress. Since this is our home they provided full hook ups for the two nights. They did all of the connecting with each of the manufactures to get warranty authorization. So it took a little longer for that, but the first three problems were dealt with and cost us our signature. They didn't feel they had the expertise to do the hydraulic so gave us some other suggestions of places to go for the work. All in all this was one of the best warranty experiences that we have outside of the dealership we bought it from.
