Norcold recall RV Ready is an honest business with skilled technicians. I spoke to Russ about doing the latest Norcold recall on my 4 door fridge. I had previously been quoted a $75 trip charge from another mobile outfit. Russ ordered the part, had it in 3 days, came to my home and installed the part and said no charge. He was even reluctant to take a small tip. Russ is a retired Navy Senior Chief Petty Officer who was a electronics tech. That probably explains it. If you need work done, call RV Ready.
