Diagnosed starter problem on my Onan 5500 generator. Replaced starter with new one. Lindsey Floyd was the tech assigned to this service. He came to my RV site and went right to work. He dismounted the starter after determining that it needed to be replaced. He took it to a local starter/motor shop and picked up a new one they had in stock. He returned and installed the new starter which worked just fine. He was very professional in his manner and obviously knew what he was doing. I would recommend this company for anyone needing RV chassis, motor or generator repair. There price was fair and they charged no service call or mileage fee.
