Passed this place on our way to Republican City NE. Since two of our outlets and central vacuum haven?t been working lately, and since one of the A/C breaker switches seems sort of ?wishy-washy?, we pulled in there to see if they could install a new breaker on short notice. They could and they did and we now have power to those outlets. Very prompt; well-done; courteous

Found that air had gotten underneath my roof and I had a huge bubble on top. I did not have an appointment with them as I am traveling across the country. They moved their schedule around to fit me in and repaired my roof better that the manufacturer of my coach did. They were the most efficient and fast and competent people I have ever dealt with while traveling. I am telling everyone I know to stop there if they are traveling thru on Interstate 80.

My back cap was separating from the sidewalls, and my trailer wasn't riding level from side to side. Rich and Sons looked at it and said the back cap was a major problem and couldn't fix it in a timely fashion. They said the trailer leveling issue was no big deal. I then took my trailer to Heartland in IN. because I was going thru on my way to a new location. They couldn't believe it. The back cap was fixed in a few hours. Some screws not in properly, no big deal. The level from side to side problem was major. Ended up putting on one entirely new axle. Rich and Sons apparently have trouble identifying problems correctly. They were exceptionally friendly, just couldn't identify the problem.

Found out I had a problem with my furnace. I had no power to furnace at all. I checked everything I could think of and could not fix it. Took my Wilderness to Rich and Sons and they fixed it in about 15 minutes for me. There were some wires that were pulled off the back of the thermostat. It was excellent, great service and very friendly.
