Needed awning repaired after high wind damage. Kevin came right out and gave estimate to repair. Myself and insurance comp. have tried to contact him seven times never has replied. Guess he has to much work. Would not use him now due to being unreliable

I had a serious roof issue. Platinum sent someone to my location immediately to tarp my roof until I could get my insurance out for an estimate. Highly recommend Platinum for quality services, fast response and followup.

Furnace was not staying lit blowing cold air We were staying in George when the furnace went out. Called a local dealership down the road they would not help us. So we found Platinum RV Repair number at the park and called. They were able to work us in, came out that night around 7pm and got it working. These guys are the best small family owned repair center.
