I went to Pete’s in Vermont with my sister , who bought a 2023 Classic Airstream . The orientation was not as smooth as you would think of a dealer that sells $200k units . We found several things wrong ,that we were told would be taken care of before delivery . NOT !!!! It was delivered with same issues it had at the dealership. Calls ,text and e-mails unanswered. The awning was extended and wouldn’t retract . They said it was from abuse. Not the service that was expected, smoke and mirrors . The attitude changed after papers were signed and funds changed hands . Don’t deal with this company .

Stripped screws in door latch, slam door bracket, bad thermostat, pulled away fascia on BR slider on Cougar High Country Everything repaired to satisfaction on warranty within 2 hours of arrival. We did have an appointment. We were consulted about fascia repair and opted for screws over factory staples.
