The dinette seat cushions were unraveling on my nearly new 2011 Gulf Stream camper so I visited my dealer to show them the problem and request a warranty replacement. I was met by a hostile service manager who said he had PAYING customers waiting on their stuff and didn't have time for me. After a few minutes listening to his tirade I left and will not return. The owners are aware of a history of this behavior and have not corrected it. Not recommended.
