Road-side replacement of fuel filter, late on a Saturday afternoon. Diagnosis of problem over the phone. Replacement filter was not in stock - they had to stop at an out-of-the-way supplier to pick it up, then bring it to us on the side of the road. Outstanding customer service needs to be applauded.
