Diagnosed and made repair of leak at bedroom slideout. Problem had been intermittent since purchase 2 1/2 years ago and earlier repair by dealer was inappropriate. I was in travel status and service center worked my rig in on short notice. The technician and the owner coordinated in the diagnosis, explained the problem, made the repair, and the charge was very reasonable. This is a business with three generations of the family all involved and having broad knowledge and experience.
