My thermostat in my Forest River went bad. I was still under warranty. However, Kruger wasn't an authorized dealer and I had to pay for it (and Forest River was EXCELLENT about reimbursing!). They were really helpful! But keep in mind, I had the work done in February, and that's normally not a really busy season for RV service areas. Don't know how they are in busy season.

Replaced axle under warranty, installed new air conditioner. Service manager very knowledgeable. Service staff friendly and proficient. Excellent performance.
