Hooking up to leave on a week vacation and the front electric jacks did not work. The gear was slipping. Excellent. I drove there and explained the problem. Without a moment of hesitation, Jim told the mechanic to saddle up and follow me home. The jack gear box was shot and slipping. To get me on my way, they took one out of a new camper on the lot and installed it on mine. All within two hours of me finding the problem. You don't see service like this much anymore.
