Very nice friendly people. Just can't get the work done. I won't go into all of this, but I first went into the business in June. I returned three phone calls, then nothing. Finally went back to the business first of August. Then four more times. (I must purchase the replacement and they will install it. Not my idea of how an expensive warranty works, but okay, I need this done.) That was the first part of August, it is now the middle of October. No thanks. At least they didn't keep my motorhome that long.

We had a hitch, bedsaver & brake plug installed. Ideal installed our hitch, bedsaver and brake plug at a very reasonable cost. Shortly after the work was completed our truck experienced minor engine problems (thru no fault of Ideal's). The team at Ideal took special care to get the problem fixed, even staying past their normal business hours to get us back on the road again. B/c we were 200 miles from our home, their extra help and concern made a world of difference to us. Ideal's owner (Ken) even gave us his personal phone number in case we had any further problems before we reached our destination.
