Replace awning. First they ordered the wrong size and went ahead and put it on instead of calling to say there was a problem. Then reordered that took three weeks, we had to call them. And when they did put the right size awing on they put the awning on the roller wrong. Plus they didn't return our awning pole. Do not/will not recommend them.

Took out defective microwave & installed new one shipped from factory. Excellent, performed work quickly, very professional. Service man who performed work knew his work very well.
