Matt was nice and competent - a pleasure to work with. We were in a jam changing out the RV hotwater tank element, and he was able to squeeze us in before another appointment. Having the correct tools matters. Plus he was able to help with electrical and gray tank cleaning with plenty of related questions for him. I'm a happy camper!

Rancharos has so much potential, hence the 3 stars I'm looking forward to updates from the new owner like decent washer and dryers and more of them. This alone would up me to 4 stars. This location is right on Route 66 with easy access to Santa Fe. The staff was helpful and friendly!!

I called Matt to look at my slide because it would only go out several inches. He seemed uninterested in checking the problem out thoroughly. He charged 250.00 just to tell me my slide wasn’t working, DUH He said the whole slide would have to be taken out. I guess he was in a hurry to charge another person 250 for nothing! I took it to Camping World and they charged me 144.00 to analyze and fix it in about 30 minutes. Didn’t have to remove slide like Matt said. Obviously he doesn't know anything about slides which he should have said when i called him. If i could give him a zero I would!

Matt is a very knowledgeable RV repairman. He quickly and accurately diagnosed a faulty surge protector and a faulty transfer switch. He carefully installed the new switch and taught me a number of new things about my coach. In my experience the large dealer service centers keep your coach for days or weeks, usually have low skilled repair people and charge a mint. Call Matt and he comes right to your coach, fixes it right and saves you money.

My husband and I were panicked about our propane valve not working, since we were expected overnight temps in the 20’s. We contacted Matt, and he added us on to his very busy day. He was so fair, so thorough, and such a nice person. We highly recommend him.

Stay away from this guy. Our 2nd furnace wouldn’t start. He charges $150.00 and hour for travel to our site and back to his home which was $300 just for travel. I had to deposit $100.00 before he would even schedule. He charged $250.00 per hour for “dx fee”. Total was $425.00 and he blew my $90.00 main board and a 20 amp fuse. He said my 2 new Suburban board’s were faulty. He refused to help me return the “faulty “ boards (which they were not when tested by a competent technician) unless I paid him his $250 per hour fee! I called the Dino board company and received instructions that resolved my problem with no charge! I would never use this guy ever again. You’ve been warned.

While on a recent camping trip our awning would not retract on our new Class C motorhome when we were getting settled for the night. Thankfully, the New Mexico winds were tame that night. First thing in the morning, I reached out to Matt and he responded right away. He made the drive from Santa Fe and got the awning back in. He talked me through how to do the repair myself in the future and shared some great tips. He wrote up a detailed description of the problem so that it was clear the issue was a warranty item. It was a huge relief to be able to get back on the road. Matt is amazing!

We asked for a recommendation and were given Matt’s name and number. He arrived within an hour and was able to not only diagnose, but repair an AC and awning. He is honest, professional and explains what he is doing, and the best solutions. His rates are very reasonable and we are not disappointed one bit with his quality. Highly recommend and if we were living in the area would call him again.

Matt is the best. He knows what he is doing, has experience in all he repairs and does it all with cheerfulness, a positive attitude, and can come up with innovative solutions to odd problems. He works fast and his rates are quite reasonable.

Matt Brock is the best! He is experienced and innovative when a normal easy fix doesn't happen. He has fixed one of our A/C units, helped install a new microwave, fixed a stuck slide out and more, all with a good attitude, cheerful personality and above all, reasonable pricing.
