These guys are awesome. Giovanni and Mathew just came out for a service call. I think the temperature was around 150°. They located the problem which was a wiring issue with my brakes. They showed me every step and had it fixed within a hour. And they are as pleasant as they are competent. Price reasonable. Highly recommend.

I first reached out to Help my RV to ask if they could troubleshoot the air conditioner on my RV. The answer was yes. I made the appointment and two young gentlemen showed up. They said it's a relay but they did not have one. A third man showed up and said we will try the relay from another unit (from one of the 3 only to discover that's not the problem. We needed a new unit. I ordered another air conditioner unit from them, ($2270 and another $285 instillation fee) they installed it. Still did not work. Now we needed a new control board. since the unit did not come with one. Hmm,,, they couldn't find one.... I found one very easily and had it delivered the next day. I was hesitant to have them back again and got a someone else to install the board. What he found was a bit scary. The wires in the unit were only taped, not nutted. The condensation pump was not hooked up at all. That would have been a real mess. The lines were left un-attached laying at the bottom of the unit. Proceed with caution for any major repairs!
