Warranty work on storage compartment doors, awning, and ceiling fan. OUTSTANDING!! Brad White runs a very professional and courteous service department. The techs are very knowledgeable and the work performed was on schedule and professionally accomplished. The trailer was delivered clean and on time as agreed. I will always take my RV to Freedom!! Their Service Department is their best salesman!!

Pre-delivery inspection, walk through & training, minor service "Fixes" and coach warranty work: Bay door Latch Adjustments, Satellite system, fresh water system sanitation, light fixture, energy management. system monitor and window shade replacement, replacement of defective front heater blower fan, slideout awning re-attachment. Not withstanding Hydro-Hot service performed on trade in rig, owned prior to purchase of new rig, all aspects of service provided on new rig were outstanding and performed beyond mere quick fix by RV Tech. Darrell who was extremely thorough, careful, and professional and was able to answer all questions or to obtain answers.
